I would highly recommend Simon who is an excellent carpenter/kitchen maker and master of all things wood. Over the years he has made two kitchens for us which have successfully survived family life and a catering business. Simon has built cupboards, shelves and solved a selection of wood related tweakings that needed doing in our 16th century cottage. If this man has space in his diary, grab him!

Simon recently fitted 3 large oak bedroom cupboards in some difficult spaces. The work was completed quickly and the finish is excellent. We are delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Simon has done a variety of bespoke jobs for us. We have a new home which needed finishing off in the way we wanted it to be – he fitted the bill superbly. He built us a large, bespoke, fitted coat cupboard with shelves in, that everyone admires as they walk into our hallway. In out drying room, he built us a drying and airing area which, again all admire. He also solved the problem of our kitchen table being too small by designing and building a new table top that neatly fits on top of the original (again, all admire). His workmanship is superb and he is also a very nice person. I strongly recommend him.

His superb attention to detail, talent for problem solving and complete willingness to take on the client’s vision made for a happy collaboration resulting in the perfect kitchen for us. It is both stunning and practical, and Simon has been on hand throughout to advise on the best materials and finishes, drawing on his many years of experience. He instinctively grasped our wish to work with the existing architecture and has made us a kitchen which fits the space perfectly, taking away all the pressure of having to work with standard fittings and fixtures. Simon has a love for his craft and is a skilled communicator. It is these qualities that are reflected in the outstanding results he is able to achieve. We really couldn’t recommend him enough.
